So I am not exactly sure how or when this happened but somehow Andrew convinced one of us (probably Jason) that he was getting birds for his birthday. There really wasn't any doubt in his mind and he kept telling people about it everywhere he went. So we really didn't have a choice when the time came so today we all went and got some birds. Andrew named them "Sweetie" (that's the blue one) and "Tweetie" (that's the green one). Andrew is really sweet with them. And they actually seem to like him, he is very calm and caring. I think he really is enjoying having something that is just for him. I hope that he continues to enjoy them as they get to know him better and become even more comfortable with him.
