I really need to blog...

Here's what I want to write about when I have the time/energy...

I still haven't done Dan Nicolas Park!!

winter dresses--I finally got a picture

pinewood derby and scouting stuff

But for now, I am sick, and really REALLY tired. And I have a little girl who is turning 10 on Monday--around here a birthday means things get even more crazy than normal and mom does way too much. So I have to get off the computer and get some rest so tomorrow I can start making the party favors :) But this picture pretty much sums up how we've all felt this week.

A little bit about my title...

...OK, I know that it seems cheesy--I think we already know I am but please let me explain. When Jason was growing up in his kitchen there was a little plaque that simply said "Keep Smiling". Now being rude teenagers we thought it was silly and would make fun of it. And whenever something went wrong or someone was upset over somthing we would (obnoxiously) say "Keep on Smiling". As I have grown up (a bit) I can now see the wisdom in this simple phrase and I believe it is true. Bad times will happen to us all. But it is our attitude that will determine how we get through them. So my suggestion to us all is to

"Keep on Smiling"

And please, remind me when I forget :)
