Green Eggs and Ham!
Jason had made them for the kids (while I slept in). The little kids LOVED it, they thought he was the coolest dad ev.er. Emily did not eat them though, in fact, I am not even sure she ate that morning—I think her appetite was gone just from seeing the green eggs and ham—which is sooo funny to me since she loves ham and eggs and is old enough to reason with herself and know it will taste the same as always. Any way, I am glad the kids were able to have a fun green eggs and ham morning—and it got me thinking of all the fun green foods we could have on St. Patrick’s Day! Of course, Em would end up not eating so we’ll see….
