Andrew’s Pine Wood Derby

Andrew really loved getting ready for the pine wood derby this year. He and Jason talked about their car design and how they would paint it for months!! He DID go in with some very high hopes though since he took 3rd last year. I just loved watching him during the races and seeing the excitement in his eyes whether it was his own car racing or his friends’, he just loved cheering the cars on. Andrew didn’t place this year but he did get an award for the best “classic” design. And Andrew was so excited to see his good friend Grant place second!!
